Ordering
Return/Exchange Policy
Our top priority is to provide the best service possible. We want you to be completely happy with any purchase you make from BearFANalia LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. A 10% restocking fee may apply for large orders. Items must be sent back to the address on the shipping label along with your order number and a reason for the return.

Shipping
Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
BearFANalia LLC typically ships approved* orders within 24-48 hours out of Illinois via USPS economy. BearFANalia LLC ships domestically to the lower 48 states and does not ship internationally or to US Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, etc.
The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on your shipping location. If you need faster shipping service than our standard USPS ground, please enter an order needed by date in the message area of the shopping cart. We will try to meet your deadlines as best we can.
Since rush shipping charges may apply, you will be contacted once your order is boxed and provided with alternative expedited shipping rates. Following approval, your credit card will be charged for the expedited shipping rate. BearFANalia LLC will put your order on hold until we receive approval and payment for rush shipping rates.
*Orders are considered approved once payment has been received and all shipping (including expedited rates) and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days.
Domestic Shipping Rates (lower 48 states)
BearFANalia LLC does not charge shipping for regular-sized orders. For orders large orders (greater than 10), special shipping charges will apply. BearFANalia LLC will contact you regarding the shipping and handling rates.
Can I Ship to Multiple Locations?
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. At this time, it is not possible to input more than one shipping address per order.
What Kind of Packaging Do You Use?
Each BearFANalia LLC feather boas is individually packaged in a plastic bag to ensure your items arrive undamaged when shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping Confirmation
You will be emailed a receipt for your purchase following checkout. To view details of this transaction, please log into your account at www.paypal.com/us. If you are not sent a shipping confirmation/tracking number via email within 48 hours of ordering then there could be a problem. Please contact us at [email protected] to be sure we received your order.
